My career path has been nonlinear, to say the least. It all anchors back to my work with at-risk youth and their families. Faced with the unique needs of each individual, I quickly learned how to clearly identify the underlying issues holding each client back, and objectively map out personalized plans to achieve healthy growth. I later developed parallel processes to help business leaders navigate the complexities of developing effective organizational systems, sales strategies and people management. Over the years, I have worked with corporate executives, schools administrations, government agency leaders, wellness professionals and individuals tackling their own creative start up businesses and non-profit organizations. I specialize in being adaptable within a broad rage of industries and I take pride in my practical approach to innovating, project managing and producing effective results.
